PARTIES
This is a legal agreement between you and us for use of any of the Services. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and us is intended or created by this Agreement. Our relationship to you is that of an independent contractor, and neither you nor us is an agent or a partner of the other. LIMITED LICENSE

Airdata UAV does not request your feedback concerning the Services. Nonetheless, if you provide us with any feedback (including through any contact information available on the website or public forums) concerning the website, you also grant us and our successors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, prepare derivative works of such feedback, in any media format and through any media channels, including incorporating such feedback on the Services.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You may create an account on our website by completing and submitting the corresponding registration form and fulfilling particular requirements listed on the registration page. You are responsible for protecting your registration information; you should not allow any other person to use your account. You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to info@airdata.com.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, for any reason at any time. Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse to provide the access to the Services to you if you breach any of these Terms of Service, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us to create your account, or if we believe that your actions are impermissible or may create legal liability for us.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE SERVICES

This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access and use the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions. By using the Services, you expressly relieve and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third party website.

CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR REFUNDS
This Agreement is effective immediately upon your accessing the Services and will remain in effect until terminated, at will, by either party.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We retain the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, for any reason at any time. Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning and/or refuse to provide the Services to you if you breach any of the Terms of Service, and/or we believe that your actions are impermissible or may create legal liability for us.
If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase date by sending an email to info@airdata.com, including the order number and your reason for requesting a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION
The Services may contain links to, or direct you to websites containing, information that may be inaccurate, harmful or offensive. We make no representations concerning any content or products contained in or accessed through the Services, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Airdata UAV, Inc. and its employees, officers, agents, or other partners from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and/or consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature including infringement of intellectual property laws or civil or criminal claims. We shall use good faith efforts to provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action. In addition, you expressly waive and relinquish any and all rights and benefits which you may have under any other state or federal statute or common law principle of similar effect, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The parties agree that any claim asserted in any legal proceeding by one party against the other will be commenced and maintained exclusively in the courts of El Dorado County or the Northern District of California. Both parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts over each of them personally in connection with such litigation, and waive any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that such forum is an inconvenient forum.

https://airdata.com/privacy-policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us and governs your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or contemporaneous agreements between you and us.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
